Overview

This Pricing and Service Terms document is incorporated by reference into the RingABell.AI Terms of Service. By using RingABell services, you agree to these pricing terms in addition to our main Terms of Service.


Current Pricing Plans

Current pricing plans, minute allocations, and setup fees are published on the RingABell.AI pricing page at ringabell.ai/#pricing. That page is the authoritative and always-current source for plan details.

By subscribing to any RingABell plan, you agree to the pricing displayed on the pricing page at the time of your subscription. RingABell reserves the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing customers will receive 30 days written notice before any price change affects their account.

All plans share the same feature set. The only difference between tiers is the monthly minute bucket size. Same numerical pricing applies in both USD (for U.S. customers) and CAD (for Canadian customers), billed in the customer's local currency through the applicable Stripe account with no exchange rate applied.


Minute Allocation and Hard Cap Policy

Monthly Minute Bucket

Each plan includes a fixed number of AI minutes per month. The only difference between tiers is the size of this minute bucket. Minutes are consumed based on actual call duration.

Hard Cap Mechanism

When a customer reaches their monthly minute limit, RingABell continues to answer all incoming calls and capture caller information. However, call cards are placed in a HELD CALLS queue inside the RingABell mobile app, marked with an upgrade prompt. Email delivery of call summaries also pauses for held calls.

Upon upgrading to a higher plan, all held calls are released simultaneously as email summaries and push notifications, and normal delivery resumes for the remainder of the billing period.

No Automatic Overage Charges

RingABell does not apply automatic per-minute overage charges. Customers are never billed beyond their selected plan amount without explicitly upgrading their plan.


Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. RingABell does not directly collect, process, or store your payment information.

By subscribing to RingABell services, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information to Stripe.

We accept any payment method supported by Stripe's payment processing platform. Available payment options will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary based on your location and Stripe's services.

Billing Cycle

  • Setup fees are charged once upon service activation
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Billing occurs on the same day each month as your service activation date
  • Annual commitment plans are billed as 10 monthly payments — 2 months free, $0 setup
  • Annual commitment plans are non-cancelable before 12 months have elapsed

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information through Stripe, you authorize RingABell to charge:

  • The applicable one-time setup fee upon service activation
  • Recurring monthly subscription fees on your billing date
  • Any applicable taxes or fees required by law

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers. Current customers will be grandfathered into their original pricing for a minimum of 12 months from their activation date.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails to process through Stripe:

  • You will be notified via email
  • We will attempt to process payment again according to Stripe's retry logic
  • Service may be suspended if payment is not received within the grace period
  • Late payment fees may apply as permitted by law
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information with Stripe

Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding payment processing should be directed to Stripe in accordance with their terms of service. For billing questions related to your RingABell subscription, contact support@ringabell.ai.


Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • One-time setup fee
  • First month's subscription fee
  • Any month's subscription fee that has already begun

Cancellation Terms

Month-to-month customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing cancel@ringabell.ai with at least 30 days notice.

  • Cancellations received with 30+ days' notice: Effective at end of current period
  • Cancellations received with less than 30 days' notice: Effective at end of following period
  • No penalties or additional charges for month-to-month cancellation
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
  • Annual commitment plans cannot be cancelled before 12 months have elapsed

Service Capacity and Fair Use

Resource Allocation

While each plan includes a defined minute bucket, actual call handling capacity may vary based on:

  • System load and availability
  • Call complexity and duration
  • Technical issues or maintenance
  • Force majeure events

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage policies to ensure fair access and quality service for all customers. Customers who consistently exceed plan limits without upgrading or abuse service may be contacted to discuss appropriate plan adjustments.


Taxes and Additional Fees

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes required by law will be calculated and added to your invoice based on your billing address. Tax rates and applicability are determined by your jurisdiction.

Stripe Fees

RingABell pricing includes all payment processing fees. You will not be charged additional fees by RingABell for using Stripe's payment services. However, Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.


Limitation of Liability for Pricing

IN NO EVENT SHALL RINGABELL BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Lost business opportunities due to reaching minute allocation limits
  • Service capacity limitations or temporary unavailability
  • Pricing changes made in accordance with our notice requirements
  • Denial of custom pricing requests
  • Payment processing issues, delays, or failures related to Stripe or your payment method
  • Any fees, charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by your financial institution

Our total liability related to pricing and service capacity is limited as described in Section 11 of our main Terms of Service.


Third-Party Payment Processor

Stripe Terms

Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. RingABell is not responsible for Stripe's services, policies, or any issues arising from your use of Stripe's platform.

Payment Information Security

Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. RingABell does not have access to your complete payment method details.

Modifications to Pricing Terms

We may revise these Pricing Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification at least 30 days before changes take effect
  • Posted notice on our website
  • Updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Pricing Terms.
